General Conditions of the Premium Rate
What does my rental include?
- Personal delivery and return:
- A team member will welcome you with a corporate sign featuring the slogan Carrerascenter and guide you to the car. Both delivery and return take place at Parking 1 at Menorca Airport (right outside the terminal).
- Premium Coverage Included: Full insurance with no excess or deposit.
- Full-to-Full Fuel Policy
- Unlimited mileage
- Roadside assistance: Available 24/7 for any eventuality during your rental.
- Additional driver: Included at no extra cost.
- Free cancellation up to 2 hours before the reservation.
- No credit card required
What is not included?
- Fines: Administrative handling fee of €20 (not including the fine itself).
- Special cleaning fee: Penalty for smoking in the vehicle or returning it in inadequate condition (ashes, odors, damage to upholstery, etc.).
- Refueling charge: €20 if the fuel is not returned full, plus the cost of the missing fuel.
- Incorrect refueling: Refers to the type of fuel, either Gasoline or Diesel.
- Lost key fees
- It is strictly prohibited to take the vehicle off the island.

- Rental requirements:
- A valid ID card or passport.
- A driving license with at least two years of experience.
- Minimum age of 20 years.
- Vehicle guarantee: If the reserved group is not available, a vehicle with equal or superior characteristics will be provided.
- Day calculation: Rental days are calculated in 24-hour periods; partial days are charged in full.
- Changes, modifications, and cancellations: If your flight schedule changes, please notify us as soon as possible via email at info@menocars.com to adjust the vehicle delivery or return.
- Invoicing: Request your invoice by sending an email to info@menocars.com with your tax details and reservation number. You will receive it within 3 working days.
- Thanks to a payment tokenization system (more info), no amount is blocked on your debit or credit card. The token will only be used in the for specific cases such as returning the car with less fuel, handling fines or refueling fees, or special cleaning services.

You will receive all the necessary information, along with a link to sign the contract via WhatsApp. - Full insurance with no excess or deposit.

- Free cancellation: Up to 2 hours before the reservation.
